Weibring Wolfard Golf Design completed master plans and renovated Course 1 and Course 2 of this 36 hole facility in 1995 and 2001 respectively. Course 2 was characterized by a poor routing (par 3 starting hole), failing infrastructure, significant settlement related to an old land fill and a lack of distance. The golf course was lengthened from less than 6,000 yards to 6,400 yards. A new routing and all new features transformed this once weak second 18 to one that is a nice compliment to Course 1 and rivals the longer course one in shot value. Both golf courses are among the most popular and profitable in Dallas Fort Worth.
